Four-year starting tackle -- on both offense and defense -- and letter winner on the football team (1956-59); Little All-American in 1957; played all 60 minutes in tie with heavily-favored Cortland in 1957; a member of the Gem City Bowl All-Star Game team (1959); played for coach Ara Parseghian of Northwestern, later of Notre Dame, in the game against several future NFL draft choices; member of the varsity club and leaders and officials club.
Coaching experience includes 34 years coaching cross country; two teams went to the state meet; six league championships (four boy's, two girl's); 28 years coaching track and field; seven years coaching girl's volleyball; two years as football coach at Starpoint High School; former Section VI cross country chairman.
Taught math for 33 years at Royalton-Hartland; also taught two years of junior high math at Starpoint; member of 50th football season committee at College.
