Three-time letterwinner in women's soccer (1989-92); team captain (1990- 91); New York State Women's Collegiate Athletic Association (NYSWCAA) Scholar-Athlete Award (1992); All-New York State first-team (1990-91); SUNYAC Western Division MVP (1990); All-SUNYAC first-team (198991); All-American nominee (1990-91).

Head women's soccer and lacrosse coach at Potsdam (1994-present); assistant women's soccer coach (1992-94); physical education and swimming teacher at Campus School for grades K-6 (1993-94); New York West State Coach for Olympic Development Program (1994-present); Regional camp instructor (1994-present).

Member of Potsdam's honors program committee; International Women's Lacrosse Collegiate Association; United States Women's Lacrosse Association; member of the Central Region soccer team at the Empire State Games (1986-1995); team captain (1990-95); has won more than 20 road races at 5K and 10K distances; holds the Mendon Ponds half-marathon course record.
