Stephanie Geer Gonzalez is arguably the most dominant pitcher in the history of Brockport softball. She was a four-time SUNYAC All-Conference selection, an National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-American Scholar Athlete and a Capital One Academic All-American First Team selection. She was also a three-time NFCA All-Region selection and an ECAC Upstate All-Star during her time in the green and gold.
Geer finished her career with a 59-21 record, 76 complete games, 25 shutouts and a 1.58 ERA. She's the programs all-time leader with an average of 1.01 strikeouts per inning. She helped Brockport and Head Coach John Dumaw to 106 total wins over the course of her four-year career to go along with four consecutive SUNYAC Tournament appearances. She also helped guide Brockport to three consecutive SUNYAC Tournament semifinal appearances.
Geer was a chemistry major and finished with an impressive 3.91 GPA. She was named the Brockport Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, the School of Science and Mathematics Undergraduate Award winner, and she was also a SUNY Chancellor's Award of Excellence recipient. She was also recently named to the SUNYAC All-Decade Team for her efforts.
Geer came to Brockport by way of Binghamton, NY and Seton Catholic Central School.
