Starting kicker and punter for the football team in the early 1990s as a three-year member of the program; led the nation in field goals made (1.3 per game) as a senior in 1993 when Brockport reached its first post-season with a berth in an ECAC bowl game against Maine Maritime; was a member of the first-team on Don Hansen’s Football Gazette All-America team and was a second-team choice for the Associated Press Little All-America and Champion USA Division III All-America teams; made 13 of 16 field goals as a senior, including his last 11 in a row, all records; also set school records for field goals made in a game and set the marks for season and career points as a Golden Eagle.
As a freshman at Alfred University, was named the ECAC Rookie of the Year in 1989.
Has worked in the security area at the University at Rochester for the past 15 years; has coached youth sports (hockey and football) for years and is currently an assistant coach with the Golden Eagles (kickers and punters); also owns a computer repair business.
