BROCKPORT, N.Y- The Brockport Field Hockey Team will host Russell Sage for Senior Day action on Saturday, October 4th at 4 pm.
Last Outing: Brockport rolled past Alfred in the NFHCA Umpire Appreciation Game, 7-0, on Wednesday, October 1st. The Golden Eagles improved to 5-4 overall and 2-0 in Empire 8 contests following the victory.
Seven different Golden Eagles would record a point or better in the contest, with
Terralyn McLaughlin leading all players with five points (2G, 1A).
Sydney Marceau would connect for her first goal of the season, putting Brockport ahead 5-0.
Kaitlyn Malinowski would score her first goal of the season, rounding out the Brockport scoring in the 7-0 win.

Doing It All: Splitting time between the midfield and defense,
Terralyn McLaughlin has been a dynamic threat for the Golden Eagles. The sophomore posted a career day against Alfred (5 points), leading Brockport with four assists on the season and scoring her first two career goals against the Saxons. McLaughlin has already surpassed her point totals from 2024 and has played the entire contest in six of Brockport's nine games.
Senior Day: Before the start of Saturday's contest, the Brockport Field Hockey program will honor senior goalkeeper
Katelynn Banning and her contributions to the program. A four-year member of the program, Banning has appeared in 20 games (9 starts), posting career totals of 60 saves and a 2.16 GA/AVG over 690 minutes of game action. The Buffalo, NY native has posted a strong 5-3 record as a starter for the Green and Gold.
Scouting Russell Sage: The Gators sit at 4-5 overall with a 2-1 record in Empire 8 contests, and are currently in the midst of a two-game losing streak. The Gators fell on the road at Saint Joseph (Conn.), 4-1, on Thursday and will enter Saturday's contest looking to snap a five game losing streak against the Golden Eagles.
