Senior Nick Bunce (Rochester, NY/Greece Athena) has been named The College at Brockport Male Athlete of the Week after leading the Golden Eagles with a .478 batting average over a six-game stretch in Winter Haven, FL.

Bunce collected 11 hits over the week, including a career-high five in an 18-10 victory over Allegheny. The senior picked up four singles and one double while scoring three times and driving in five runs.

Brockport’s primary catcher hit his first home run of the season in a 9-7 loss to Benedictine. Bunce drove in eight runs over the week.

Brockport returns to New York to take on St. John Fisher on the road on Tuesday at 3:00 pm.
