Senior Natasha Hale has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 5 after helping the Brockport Tennis team dominate the Rochester Institute of Technology Friday afternoon.

Hale played through injury to help lead the Golden Eagles to a 9-0 win over RIT.  Hale paired with Dilara Kumbul in doubles, securing the 8-4 win in No. 1 Doubles. The Ballston Lake, N.Y. native then picked up a solid win in No. 1 singles by a score of 6-2, 6-2. 

The Golden Eagles will head to Roberts Wesleyan Monday for its last regular season match of the season.  The State University of New York Athletic Conference Championships will begin Friday in Binghamton, N.Y.  Brockport secured a No. 2 seed in the West Division and will face off against the No. 3 seed in the east, SUNY Cortland.
