Sarah Mensah had a dominating week, going undefeated in singles with six wins, while also posting a 3-1 record in doubles action. Â At the ITA Regional, Mensah reached the semifinals with four wins on Saturday and Sunday, and is the only unseeded player to reach the semifinals. Â Mensah opened the tournament with a 3-6 6-3 (10-6) win over the eighth seeded player from Rochester. Â In the third round Mensah defeated the 11th seed by a score of 6-3 6-2, then in the fourth she took down the fourth seed 7-6 6-2. Â The semifinals continue on Monday. Â Earlier in the week, Mensah helped Brockport win their first match of the season, defeating Oswego 6-3. Â Mensah swept her singles match, 6-0 6-0, then teamed up with Kelsey Shanahan for a 8-3 win in doubles.
