Kretzler was instrumental in Brockport's sweep of Fredonia over the weekend, helping them secure a SUNYAC playoff slot. The freshman went 2-for-3 in the second game of the doubleheader Saturday, scoring two runs and driving in two more on the eventual game-winning homer in the top of the seventh inning. He kept it up in the finale on Sunday, driving in another two runs (5 total RBI on the week) on a double, and later came around to score. He ended the week hitting .333 at the plate with a .778 slugging percentage.
