Lou Miceli was an important part of the Brockport offense as they went 3-1 this week, including 2-1 in SUNYAC competition. In the first match up of the week against RPI, the senior hit 1-for-4 with a double that drove in three of his four RBI. He sent a sacrifice fly to right field that held the team secure an impressive 12-3 victory. Up next for the Golden Eagles, was a tough loss to Fredonia, but Miceli still went 2-for-4 at the plate with a stolen base. In the second game of the double header on Saturday, Miceli was a force going 3-for-4 with four runs scored, one RBI. In total, the third basemen batted for a .429 average, recording five RBI, five runs, one walk and one stolen base.Â
