Senior Kelly Nowak (Orchard Park, NY/Sacred Heart) earned All-Tournament honors for the third time this season leading the Brockport Volleyball team to a second place finish at the Oswego Invitational over the weekend and has been selected as the Brockport Female Athlete of the Week for the second time this season.

Nowak helped the Golden Eagles (11-14) to a 3-1 record in the tournament with 51 kills, including 21 in the four-set victory over D’Youville College.

With the 51 kills over the weekend, Nowak continued her move up the career leaders list for all-time kills passing Rikki Cannioto to take over fourth place on the list. Nowak currently has 1,197 career kills and should move past Greta Spas (1,208 career kills) for third place overall this week. Brockport hosts RIT at 7 pm Tuesday night in the Jim and John Vlogianitis Gymnasium and then travels to Potsdam for the Clarkson University Invitational over the weekend.
