Chris O'Connell (Holbrook, NY/Sachem North) and Nathan Dubois (Mendon, NY/Honeoye Falls-Lima) each won three events for The College at Brockport men's swimming and diving team as the Golden Eagles defeated Nazareth College Wednesday night at the James B. Fulton Natatorium by the score of 151-117. Brockport's record improves to 3-2 overall while the Golden Flyers fall to 1-2.

The Golden Eagles jumped out to an early lead in the meet by capturing the 400-yard medley relay in the second event.  Cody Burns (King Ferry, NY/Southern Cayuga), O'Connell, Ken Smith (Rochester, NY/Eastridge), and Dubois won the heat by nearly four seconds, finishing with a time of 3:47.22. Stephen Owen (North Syracuse, NY/C.W. Baker), Brandan Hubert-Leroche (Tampa, FL/ Wiregrass Ranch), and Brett Cohen (Lynbrook, NY/ George W. Hewlett) swept the top three spots in the 100-yard backstroke. Owen finished with a time of 1:01.02.

O'Connell and Dubois were both three event winners for the Golden Eagles. Along with the medley relay, O'Connell also captured the 100-yard breastroke with a time of 1:04.31 and the 200-yard breastroke with a time of 2:22.23. Dubois defeated the field in both the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle, finishing with times of 22.40 and 49.38, respectively.

Max Brynin (Pleasantville, NY/Pleasantville) won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:10.64. Smith finished in second place with a time of 2:11.44.

Scoring a victory on the diving board was Chris Austin (Middlesex, NY/ Naples). In the 1-meter Diving, Austin finished with a score of 255.00.
