Kenny Smith (Rochester, NY/Eastridge) had a hand in all three victories for The College at Brockport Men's Swimming and Diving team, but the Golden Eagles fell to Potsdam Saturday 170-101. Brockport is now 1-3 on the year.

Smith, a senior, took individual victories in both the 100 and 200-yard butterfly events. Smith came in with a time of 54:17 in the 100 and 2:07.15 in the 200. Both times are season-bests for Smith.

The senior was part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that took first-place. Smith swam the second leg of the event, following Nate Dubois (Mendon, NY/Honeoye Falls-Lima). Chris Heckman (Ballston Spa, NY/Ballston Spa) was the third leg and Joe Klafehn (Hilton, NY/Hilton) finished up the relay as Brockport came in with a time of 1:31.17. Dustin Wurster (Buffalo, NY/West Seneca West), Nathan Waara (Fairport, NY/Fairport), Matt Futia (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem), and Brett Cohen (Lynbrook, NY/Hewlett) were the second foursome to finish in the event.

Along with the women's team, Brockport will host its third consecutive home meet at 1:00 pm on Saturday, Nov. 17.
