The College at Brockport Women's Swimming and Diving team cruised to a 192-104 victory over visiting Buffalo State on Saturday afternoon at the James B. Fulton Natatorium. Eva Lankes (Liverpool, NY/Amherst) swam to two individual first-place finishes along with a relay top finish as well.

Lankes teamed up with three underclassmen in sophomores Melanie Melewski (New Baltimore, NY/Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk), Rachel Coia (Rochester, NY/Spencerport) and freshman Taylor Schaffert (Lockport, NY/Lockport) to capture first place in the first event of the day, the 400-yard medley relay. The foursome came in with a time of 4:10.53, more than 17 seconds faster than the first Buffalo State team to finish.

The Bengals took the next two events but Lankes swam to a first-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke. The senior finished with a time of 1:02.55 to score nine points for Brockport. Amy Jessmer (Albion, NY/Albion) and Alanna Blasting (Kenmore, NY/Kenmore West) took first and second place, respectively in the 100-yard breaststroke with Jessmer scoring a time of 1:12.81, two seconds ahead of Blasting.

Erin Luke (Latham, NY/Shaker) scored a first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle with Schaffert coming in a close second. Luke came in with a time of 25.26 followed by Schaffert's time of 25.58. Lankes scored her third and final victory of the day in the 200-yard breastroke with a time of 2:16.33 as Brockport took the top three spots in the event. Blasting and Jessmer went 1-2 in the 200-yard breastroke and Melewski endured the 500-yard freestyle to finish first.

Sarah Eisenmenger (North Rose, NY/North Rose-Wolcott), Coia and Elizabeth Grillo held the top three spots in the 100-yard butterfly as Eisenmenger finished with a time of 1:03.94.

On the diving boards for Brockport, Audrey Jackson (Oswego, NY/Oswego) took first in both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards. The senior scored a 208.60 on the 1-meter and a 245.70 on the 3-meter.

The meet was the final home contest for four Golden Eagles- Eisenmenger, Jackson, Lankes and Chloe Macdonald (Williamsville, NY/Mt. St. Mary Academy
