ONEONTA, N.Y.- The College at Brockport men's and women's swimming and diving teams defeated Buffalo State Saturday afternoon, the men won by a score of 157-130, while the women prevailed 175-100.
 
It was an exciting day in the pool for the men's and women's teams as they honored four senior members, Brooke Leddon, Chase Carson, Adam Bauman, and Matt Merchant.
 
On the Men's side the foursome of Matthew Dambra, Thomas Knack, Brandon Amthor, and Chase Carson placed first in the 400-yard Medley with a time of 3:44.97.
 
Amthor continued his dominance in the pool, taking home first in the 200-yard freestyle, the 50-yard freestyle, and the 200-yard fly.
 
Dambra picked up a pair of first-place finishes on the day as well, first in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 56.81, and again in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:09.02.
 
Tyler Hyde and Zack Kime finished two-three in the 1000-yard freestyle with time of 11:54.09 and 13:05.21
 
Brockport finished one-two-three in the 100-yard breaststroke with Carson taking home first with a time of 1:04.68, and Baumann snagging second with a time of 1:07.29, and Rainer Grimme in third with a time of 1:09.64.
 
Kevin Kantar snagged a second-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:39.12.
 
On the board Matthew Merchant continued his dominance, taking home first place in the 1-meter dive with a score of 275.85.
 
Mark Eaton placed second in the 3-meter dive with a score of 258.40.
 
On the women's side of the pool the foursome of Dee Logory, Allison Morrow, Meghan Bates, and Alexa Callaghan picked up a first-place finish in the 400-yard medley relay, tabbing a time of 4:20.49.
 
Kaitlin Dunning picked up a few first place finishes on the day, first in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:57.38, and again in the 50-yard freestyle, and once more in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:42.88.
 
In the 100-yard backstroke Logory and Jansen finished one and three, tabbing times of 1:05.42 and 1:12.68.
 
Allison Morrow picked up a first-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:15.68, the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:46.73, and second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 27.77.
 
Callaghan, Wilkinson, and Brucato went one-two-three in the 100-yard fly, tabbing times of 1:05.10, 1:05.81, and 1:07.25.
 
On the board Loren Sayers and Brooke Leddon stay unmatched, finished one-two in the 3-meter dive with scores of 258.50 and 242.10, As well as a one-two finish in the 1-meter dive with scores of 237.25 and 232.25.
