OSWEGO, N.Y. – The College at Brockport swimming and diving teams picked up a tough conference loss Saturday afternoon to the Lakers from Oswego State. The men's team fell behind 177-110 and the women's team 168-125.
Highlights:
- Both the men's and women's teams recorded double winners on the day including Hailey Rossi for the women's team and Logan Gregory for the men's team.
- Rossi started things off with a first-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:06.49, followed shortly by teammate Kaitlin Dunning who grabbed second place with a time of 2:06.80.
- Dunning then went on to grab a first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 26.31 and a season best in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:41.41.
- Gregory's dual wins came in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.89 and 100-yard backstroke with a time of 56.04.
- Dee Logory continued the success for the women's team in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:04.75.
- Lorgory then joined the 200-yard medley relay team along with Haley Brucato, Bri Owen and Allison Morrow, recording a 1:57.41 first place finish.
- Sami Cohen posted a SUNYAC qualifying time in the 1-meter dive for the women's team allow with Mark Eaton and Kurt Mueller from the men's team who secured first and second in the 1-meter with scores of 222.00 and 212.40. Eaton and Mueller also landed the same spots in the 3-meter dive as well, with a score of 246.60 and 214.00 respectively.

The Golden Eagles are off this upcoming weekend but are back in action at the Cortland Snowflurries Invitational on December 6th and 7th.
