For The Win: Douglas (2-0) would then strikeout three batters while only allowing one run to score throughout 3.1 innings to pick up his second win of the season. A big three-run inning from Brockport in both the top of the seventh and eighth put the Green and Gold up 10-4 heading into the ninth inning. Ryan Mansell's go-ahead home run in the seventh followed by a back-to-back home run from Tom Kretzler sparked the Golden Eagles' offense late in the game

Brockport would then score two more runs in the ninth inning with Douglas shutting out the Lakers in the bottom of the ninth to secure Brockport's 12-4 victory over the Lakers.
