Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport Men's Ice Hockey program will travel to face Franklin Pierce University on Saturday, January 14
th at 1pm at Jason Ritchie Ice Arena in Rindge, New Hampshire.
 
Last Game Recap: The SUNY Brockport men's ice hockey team beat Fredonia State, 4-2, on Tuesday night in a non-conference match up at Steele Hall. Brockport improved to 5-9 overall and Fredonia drops to 2-10 on the season.
 
The Blue Devils struck first at 8:14 in the first period to go up 1-0. Nine minutes later 
Jordan Rosenbaum and 
Zach Norby sent the puck across the ice to 
Scott Ramaekers who scored the first Golden Eagle goal. The Green and Gold tied the score up at 1-1 going into the second.
After a scoreless second period, 
Scott Ramaekers scored his second goal of the night to start the action in the third. 5:13 into the period Ramaekers was assisted by 
Sam Dibitetto and 
Tyler Rossi to put Brockport on top, 2-1.
 
Fredonia fought back, scoring at 10:49 in the third to tie the score back up at 2-2. 
Josh Grund scored a minute later, assisted by Dominic Chrico and 
Adam Beauvais, to put the Golden Eagles up 3-2.
Alex Monteleone pocketed Brockport's final goal of the night at 18:22 into the third. He was assisted by 
Connor Galloway and 
Cam Barbagallo on the insurance power play goal that gave the squad the 4-2 win.
Aidan Curry spent 60 minutes between the pipes for the Green and Gold making a total of 20 saves and allowing two goals.
 
Looking at the Ravens: The Men are 8-8 overall and 5-3 in the Northeast-10 Conference going into Saturday afternoons game. They have a total of 54 goals this season and 469 shots. They average 3.38 goals a game and 29.3 shots. Their leading scorers are senior Conor Foley with 12 goals this season and Jason Ladzinski and Chris Stevenson both with five goals. 
 
Between the pipes for the Ravens are Jeremy Connor, Kyle Martin and Brogan McDonald. Connor has seen 122:45 minutes in the net this season, making 83 saves and allowing 13 goals giving him a save percentage of .865%. Martin has been in goal for 638:04 minutes this season making 351 saves, allowing 33 goals, giving him a save percentage of .914%. McDonald has seen 194:31 minutes of playing time so far this season. He has made 140 saves, allowing 12 goals, giving him a save percentage of .921%.
