Box Score Geneva, NY – The Golden Eagles fell 3-0 to the #2 Hobart Statesmen. Brockport is now 2-6 overall and 1-3 in conference play.
 
Hobart drew first blood scoring two goals in the first period. Hobart scored the first goal at 1:28 into the period, followed by a second goal at 18:14. The Golden Eagles entered the second period down by two.
 
Hobart scored its third goal of the game at 2:23 in the second. The Golden Eagles went into the second intermission down 3-0.
 
The third period was scoreless on both sides for the whole 20:00 minutes, resulting in the 3-0 final.
 
In goal for the Green and Gold tonight was David Filak. Filak played 60:00 minutes, made 37 saves and allowed three goals. 
 
Brockport recorded a total of 21 shots tonight, all of which were on goal. The Golden Eagles were 3-for-3 on the penalty kill tonight. 
 
Brockport will head to the Skidmore Thanksgiving Invitational in Saratoga Springs, NY this weekend. The first game of the weekend will be against #10 Salve Regina, Saturday at 5pm.
