Box Score Brockport, NY- The Brockport men's soccer team suffered a 2-0 loss at home against Buffalo State on Monday, September 16^th. The Golden Eagles fell to 1-4-1 following the loss.
 
The Bengals put pressure on Brockport early, with goalie Andrew Taylor making three saves in the first 6:13 of the opening half.
 
Buffalo State would break through at the 20:26 mark of the first half, with Manu Prieto burying his first of two goals on the day, set up by a nice feed from Sam Gregson.
 
Entering halftime down 1-0, the Golden Eagles were outshot 6-4 in the opening half. Brockport's lone shot on goal in the contest coming from Peter Tinaj.
 
Buffalo State turned up the pressure in the 2^nd half, creating scoring opportunities from five shots on goal.
 
With Brockport down 1-0 at the 81:15 mark, Buffalo St. would net the game-clinching goal, thanks to Manu Prieto's second tally of the night. The Bengals took the 2-0 win.

Max Voyer and Peter Tinaj (1 SOG) led the Golden Eagles with two shots each.
 
Khadim Amar recorded his sixth straight game playing 90 minutes on the Brockport backline.
 
Andrew Taylor was strong in defeat, saving eight Buffalo State shots across 87:27 of game time.
