BROCKPORT, N.Y- The Brockport Men's Soccer team will head to Rochester, NY, to take on Nazareth on Wednesday, October 8th, at 4 pm before returning home to take on St. John Fisher on Saturday, October 11th, at 1 pm.
Last Outing: The Golden Eagles earned a 2-1 win at SUNY Poly in Utica, NY, on Saturday, October 4th. Brockport improved to 4-4-2 overall and 3-1-1 in Empire 8 play after the win.Â

Between the Pipes: Leading Brockport on a four-game unbeaten streak,
AJ Nelson has earned more opportunities to shine as Brockport's primary goalkeeper. Posting a 3-0-1 record as a starter this season, Nelson has allowed just two goals with seven saves, posting a team-best 0.778 SV%. The Fairport, NY native has been excellent to begin his collegiate career, posting two shutouts on the season.Â
Scouting Nazareth: The Golden Flyers will enter Wednesday's matchup with a 5-2-2 record and a 3-1 mark in conference play, having recently defeated Houghton, 2-1, last Saturday. The Golden Eagles have defeated the Golden Flyers in four of the last six head-to-head matchups, with Nazareth winning last year's matchup, 2-1 in Brockport.
Scouting St. John Fisher: The Cardinals hold a 1-7-2 overall record with a 1-2-2 mark in Empire 8 play. St. John Fisher will take on SUNY Poly on Wednesday before taking on Brockport, most recently playing Russell Sage to a 0-0 draw in Albany, NY. Brockport and St. John Fisher split last year's meetings, with Fisher defeating Brockport 4-1 in PKs in the Empire 8 Semifinals (T,0-0).
