BROCKPORT, NY - On Monday, November 17th, the Empire 8 announced its selections for Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving individual awards. Brenden Jardin-Reed and Brylee Weisenburg earned Men's and Women's Diving Athlete of the Week Honors following excellent performances in Brockport's win over Hartwick on Saturday.

Freshman Brenden Jardin-Reed swept both the 1- and 3-meter diving events dominantly in Brockport's dual meet win over Hartwick on Saturday. He scored a 285.15 on the 1-meter and a 309.00 on the 3-meter for first place on both boards. 

Fellow freshman Brylee Weisenburg swept both the 1- and 3-meter diving events in the Golden Eagles' dual meet victory over Empire 8 rival Hartwick on Saturday. She took first on the 3-meter board with a score of 214.30 and earned a winning score of 220.25 on the 1-meter.

The Golden Eagles will compete in the Blue Devil Invite at Fredonia on Friday, November 21st, at 9 AM.
