BROCKPORT, NY - The #2-seeded Brockport Men's Soccer team will host #3-seeded Elmira in the semifinals of the Empire 8 Tournament on Wednesday, November 5th.
Empire 8 First Round: The Golden Eagles cruised to a 4-0 shutout win over Russell Sage in the opening round of the Empire 8 Tournament on Saturday, November 1st.
AJ Nelson picked up another win for the Golden Eagles, making three saves in a shutout effort. Nelson has recorded seven clean sheets this season and has allowed just one goal in his last 540 minutes between the pipes.
Jadin Lyle and
Ryan Mathis added goals to power the Brockport offense.

Trevor Lagarde all led Brockport with three shots each.
Brady Reinagel provided an excellent postseason performance, racking up three points with a goal and an assist.
Familiar Spot: With the opening round win at home against Russell Sage, Brockport has advanced to the Empire 8 Semifinals for back-to-back seasons. Head Coach

Keep Rolling: In the midst of an impressive 11-game unbeaten streak, the Golden Eagles have dominated their conference adversaries. Brockport has played to a 23-4 goal differential, collecting seven shutout wins and a 9-0-2 record.
Scouting Elmira: Elmira finished the regular season with a 10-3-5 overall record with a 7-1-3 mark in conference play. The Soaring Eagles defeated Nazareth at home, 1-0, to advance to the Empire 8 Tournament Semifinals. The two teams fought to a 0-0 draw back on October 18th in Elmira. The Golden Eagles hold an undefeated 7-0-2 record against Elmira since 2003.
