Brockport, NY- The Brockport ice hockey team will head to Pittsburgh, PA, to take on Chatham on Friday, February 21
st, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, February 22
nd, at 3 p.m.

Last Outing: The Golden Eagles celebrated senior day with a 2-0 shutout win over Nazareth on Saturday, February 15
th. Brockport improved to 5-16-2 overall and 3-15 in UCHC play following the win.

Jacob Rodrigue led the Golden Eagles with two blocked shots.

Award SZN: Following his 33 save shutout against Geneseo,
David Filak swept the Empire 8 & UCHC Goalie of the Week honors. Filak came through for Brockport when it mattered most, making 28 of his 33 saves between the second and third periods.

Tied at the Top: With two games remaining, three Golden Eagles are tied for the team lead in total points. Freshman
Aidan Taylor (4G, 7A) and
Joseph Nikac (3G, 8A) have made instant impacts with the Golden Eagles, with
Chase Maxwell (4G, 7A) also tied at the top with 11 points.

Scouting Chatham: The Cougars will enter the weekend with an 8-13-2 record and 7-9-2 mark in UCHC play. Coming off a 1-1 weekend at Manhattanville, Chatham will be looking to sweep all four meetings with Golden Eagles.
