Game One: Brockport 15, UMass Boston 6

After a scoreless opening inning, the Golden Eagles jumped out to a 2–0 lead in the second. Blake Fortunato opened the scoring with an RBI single before Matt Mater added to the advantage, scoring on a double play for Brockport's second run of the inning. UMass Boston responded quickly, scoring the next three runs of the contest to take a 3–2 lead.

Trailing entering the sixth inning, the Brockport offense came alive. The Golden Eagles plated four runs in the frame, highlighted by RBI doubles from Matt Mayer and Blake Fortunato, along with an RBI single from Kyle Blake to give Brockport a 6–3 lead.
