Bisgrove is a graduate of Cicero North Syracuse High school. While enrolled, she ran varsity 9th-12^th grade, was in the top 10 freshman and sophomore year, and top 14 junior and senior year, and was a scholar athlete all four years and was part of Honors Society, along with volunteering at many road races and school related events and at Special Olympics junior and senior year. Bisgrove is the daughter of Steve Bisgrove and Kelly Stebbins, and has one sibling, Rachel. She is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology/Sport Science/Physical Education.
