Lydia is a native of Cato, New York and a graduate of Cato-Meridian High School. She is the daughter of Slade and Kristin Cox and has three siblings, Abbie, Merritt and Everett. Lydia is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology/Sport Science/Physical Education.
