Set two personal records in the 500 meter dash coming in 6th with time of 1:23.22, and the 60 hurdles coming in 4th, time of 10:30... Finished in 20th in the 4x200 with a time of 1:47.85 at ECAC DIII Indoor Track and Field Championships... Competed in four events in outdoor track, racing in the 400 and 100 hurdles, and 4x400 and 4x100 meter relay... Set a new PR in the 400 hurdles with time of 1:05.45, coming in 4th place and a personal best in the 4x400 relay, coming in 7th, time of 4:06.86 at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2012: Competed in six events in indoor track racing in the 400 and 200 meter dash, the 60 meter hurdles, the 4x400 and 4x200 meter relay, and the DMR... Finished 1st in the DMR at the Hamilton invite with a time of 12:57.45... Set a new Personal record in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03.07... Competed in three events in outdoor track, racing in the 400 and 100 hurdles, and the 4x400 meter relay... Set a PR in the 100 hurdles with a time of 17.41... Also recorded a personal best in the 400 hurdles time of 1:06.88 coming in 5th place at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2011: Competed in four events in indoor track racing in the 400 and 200 meter dash, the 60 meter hurdles, and the 4x400 meter relay... Competed in three events in outdoor track racing in the 400 and 100 hurdles, and the 4x400 meter relay... Scored 9th in the 400 hurdle dash, with a time of 1:09.17 and 10th in the 100 hurdle dash, with a time of 17:56 at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Represented Brockport at the RWC Open by getting 1st in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:10.22.
