Stefen is a graduate of Melville High School, where he was an All-County runner for indoor and outdoor track and field, qualifying for outdoor Nationals in 2014. He is the son of Douglas and Barbara Davies, and has two siblings, Kristen and Brittney. He is pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
