Rob Koll's Wrestling Camp



The College at Brockport will be one of two locations nationwide for Rob Koll's Wrestling Camps in 2018. Rob Koll is the head coach of the Cornell wrestling team, and has led the Big Red to six top 5 finishes at the NCAA Division I level, and has amassed a 73-match winning streak in the Ivy League. Koll was also named the Division I Coach of the Year in 2006.


Brockport will host three types of camps - a women's camp, an intensive camp, and a team camp.

Women's Camp
C Brand wrestling is excited to offer the women only camp again this year. Camp is appropriate for female athletes of all ages. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to train with other girls from all over the country, in addition to former members of the US National Women's Team.

Intensive Camp
Intensive camps are for serious wrestlers who desire a highly competitive and intense training experience. Campers should expect to work hard and partake in a challenging wrestling camp experience that includes drilling and live wrestling.

Team Camp
Team camp maximizes learning while providing opportunities to compete in many meaningful live matches. Proven drilling/instructional methods are used along with live wrestling, via team vs. team dual meet competition.

Weigh-Ins: Friday July 6th: 6-8 p.m. & Saturday July 7th: 7-7:45 p.m. at Brockport College
Wrestling Begins: 9 a.m.

Cost: $625 per-team - $150 deposit due ASAP to hold spot ----Full Payment due by June 17
Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for children 15 and under
Matches: MS 1-1-1    HS 1:30-1:30-1:30 - NYS H.S. Rules
Team Scoring: 6pt Forfeirt, 6pt Fall, 5pt Tech, 4pt Major Dec. & 3pt Dec.

Rules:
1. Each team must provide help table
2. Allowed to bump up 1 weight class
3. Coaches meeting at 8 am
4. Wrestlers can only wrestle for one team
