Godin is a graduate of Indian River High School where he was Frontier League all-star, Frontier League champion all-north. He was also Watertown daily times athlete of the week. He is the son of Daniel and Allison and has three siblings, Zak, Ben, and Mandie. He is pursing a degree in Finance.
