SUNY Brockport Athletics

Brendan Miller joined the Brockport Ice Hockey Program before the 2022-23 season as an Assistant Coach, bringing a wealth of playing experience at the Division III level. Following two seasons as an assistant coach, Miller was elevated to Associate Head Coach in the Spring of 2025. 

In his first season as Associate Head Coach, Miller mentored UCHC Rookie of the Year Nick Reif, while helping lead Brockport to the most single-season wins (10) since the 2022-23 season.

A native of North Tonawanda, NY, Miller joined the Golden Eagles coaching staff following an accomplished collegiate playing career. A four-year member of the Geneseo Men's Ice Hockey team, he appeared in all but two games from 2018-19 to 2021-22, accumulating 54 points (21G, 33A) across 83 games from his sophomore to senior seasons. 

Miller would help guide Geneseo to three SUNYAC Championships and was named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament Team in 2020, scoring four points across two tournament games. Miller would make a significant contribution to Geneseo's rise to national prominence, with the squad advancing to the NCAA Championship Semifinals in 2019 and the NCAA National Championship game in 2022. 

Miller graduated with a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo in 2022.
