Biography

Tolpa is a graduate of Holland Patent High School, where he was a Mohawk Valley all-star, CSC league 1st team, and the Section III 50 free champion. He holds the record for the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay. He is the son of William and Anna Tolpa. He is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science.
