2013: Competed in five events during indoor… Placed 6th at the SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the mile...  Placed 6th at the SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 800...Recorded a Personal best of 4:15.62 placing 2nd in the mile at the ECAC Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships ...Placed 7th at the ECAC DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships in the DMR with a time of 10:19.36... Competed in four events during outdoor… Set a New Personal Record of 3:56.27 in the 1500m run...Recorded a Personal Record in the 5K with a time of 15:21.82...Placed 7th at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m run...Placed 6th at the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in the 4x400m run...Qualified for the  ECAC DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1500.

2012: Competed in five events during indoor… Recorded a Personal best of 16:10.56 in the 5K... Competed in four events during outdoor… Set a New Personal Record of 9:46.89 in the 3K Steeple... Qualified for the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in the 3000 steeplechase run.

2011: Competed in the 5K during indoor… Recorded a season best of 17:21.89 at the Kane Invitational... Competed in two events during outdoor… Qualified for the SUNYAC Outdoor Championships in the 3000 steeplechase run... Placing 9th with a time of 9:56.30.
