Ethan Senecal joined The College at Brockport Athletic Department as an assistant coach for the Track and Field program in 2012. Senecal, a Brockport alum, will assist in the area of jumps and multis.
Senecal comes to Brockport after serving as an interim Assistant Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he was involved in the overall scheduling process, travel budgets and coordinating transportation and travel arrengements for teams. Senecal was also involved with event management for all Tiger athletics.
While at RIT, Senecal also served as an assistant track and field coach, working extensively with the pole vaulters. Senecal was also an assistant coach for the Rochester Rockback Pole Vault club and the Brockport High School track and field teams.
Senecal received a Bachelor of Science from Brockport in Physical Education with a concentration in Sport Management and a minor in coaching. Senecal was a volunteer coach for the Golden Eagle track and field program as well.
Senecal is currently working towards the completion of a Master of Science degree in Athletic Administration.
