Ernie DiBella joined The College at Brockport wrestling staff in 2011 as an assistant coach.
DiBella attended Division I West Chester University in Pennsylvania, where he won three Middle Atlantic Conference titles and was a national qualifier.
DiBella earned his B.S. in Physical Education from West Chester, and went on to develop an outstanding wrestling program in the Pittsford school district. He coached in the school system for 37 years, producing two state champions and several others who placed well in state competitions.
In 1997, DiBella was inducted into the Section V Wrestling Hall of Fame.
