SUNY Brockport Athletics

Jalen Carthens joins the Athletic Communications department as a Graduate Assistant.

A dedicated member of the Brockport community, Carthens holds two degrees from the institution: a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and an Associate of Science in Coaching, both of which were earned in the Spring of 2025. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Athletic Administration.

Throughout his undergraduate career, Carthens gained valuable experience as a Sports Information Assistant within the athletic department. In this role, he honed his skills in live game statistics, live production, and athletic event operations.

He will serve as the primary contact for women's tennis, men's basketball, and men's lacrosse.
