Senior Kileigh Chapman (Gansevoort, NY/South Glens Falls) has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week after the Golden Eagles gymnastics team came in second place at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships at Ithaca College at Sunday.

Chapman won the uneven bars with a career-high score of 9.725 on the uneven bars. Chapman also scored a career-high 9.75 on the floor exercise to finish seventh.  As a team, the Golden Eagles came in second place behind Cortland. Brockport scored a 187.600 and Cortland won the event with a 189.100.

Both teams qualified for the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) National Championships hosted by Brockport on March 23-24 in the Jim and John Vlogianitis Gymnasium in the Tuttle North athletic facility.
