Sophomore Ty Stoldt (Alden, NY/Alden) has been named The College at Brockport Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on September 15. Stoldt had a strong performance in an offensive battle against Buffalo State despite the 42-40 loss.

Stoldt finished the I-90 Bowl with 414 yards passing on 29-of-44 attempts with five touchdowns. He also rushed for 56 yards on 14 carries. His five touchdowns tie the school record for touchdowns in a game. Stoldt’s 414 yards is the third best performance in school history and he is only the third Brockport quarterback to throw over 400 yards in a game.

The Golden Eagles return to action on Saturday, September 28 for their Homecoming game against Alfred at 6:00 pm.
