Junior Thomas Rispoli (East Meadow, NY/East Meadow) registered a perfect 4-0 record for the Brockport Wrestling team leading the Golden Eagles to a third-place finish at the 31st annual Virginia Duals and has earned the Brockport Male Athlete of the Week award for the second time this season.

Rispoli earned four victories including a technical fall, a major decision and a 7-5 decision over a Nassau CC wrestler that was ranked No. 4 in the national junior college rankings. Rispoli leads the Golden Eagles with a 19-5 record and is a perfect 7-0 against NCAA Division III opponents.
 
The Golden Eagles – now 4-1 on the year – have clinched a winning record for the 48th consecutive season which is the second longest streak in the nation at any level trailing just Oklahoma State’s 49-year streak.
