Devonn Gavin led the Golden Eagles in a 2-1 week which saw Brockport take down the league leading Plattsburgh State. Against the Cardinals, the junior had a game high 19 points on 50 percent (7-of14) from the field and 50 percent (2-of-4) from beyond the arc. Gavin picked up five rebounds in the contest to go with two assists and one steal. On Friday against Potsdam, Gavin helped lead the Golden Eagles to another strong win. Gavin added 12 points on 71.4 percent (5-of-7) shooting. The Rochester, N.Y. native also added three rebounds a steal and an assist in the win. To open the week, Gavin netted a team high 21-points on 64.3 percent (9-of-14) shooting from the floor and a hot 60 percent (3-of-5) from three-point range. He also picked up four rebounds, two assists and an steal in the close loss.
