Gabriel Arias worked his way into the 2016 NCAA Championship ranks this weekend in the NCAA Region 4 Diving Championships. The junior had a strong fifth place finish on day one on the three-meter event, scoring a 485.70. On the one-meter dive, Arias placed fifth with a score of 472.85 to make his way to the NCAA Championships. Arias, paired with fellow diver Meghan Kilgallon, are the first Golden Eagle duo to ever make the NCAA Championships, and it is the first time Brockport has sent a diver to the NCAA Championships in over six years.
