The senior pitcher helped Brockport secure SUNYAC playoff berth by picking up two victories in a three game weekend series against Fredonia. The two wins were the first of his career as he threw a total of 7.2 innings allowing just two runs from nine hits while striking out two compared to zero walks. Perez pitched in three of Brockport's four total games this week, holding RIT scoreless in 1.1 innings pitched Tuesday and Fredonia scoreless in 4.1 innings tossed Friday picking up his first career win.
