Szymanski was all over the field in Saturday's 45-0 shutout of Hartwick, leading the team with 10 tackles in the game. Three of those tackles came for a loss, including two quarterback sacks as part of twelve team sacks in the game. He led a defensive unit that held the Hawks to their lowest offensive output since week six of the 2012 season, including limiting them to -50 yards rushing.
