Antonio Alvarez earned the first three starts of his career and did not disappoint as he was a key contributor for a Brockport team that finished 3-0 on the week. In his first start, the sophomore finished with 21 points, shooting 70% from the field in 27 minutes, while grabbing seven rebounds. Up next was a 65-63 victor over New Paltz where the guard put up 13 points, shooting 3-for-4 from three, collecting four rebounds, an assist and a block. In the final matchup of the week, Alvarez continued his hot shooting, scoring 17 points on 71% from the field. Overall, in three games Alvarez averaged 17 points per game on 68% shooting from the field, 65% shooting from the three, while getting almost five rebounds a game.
