Chanyce Powell had a standout weekend at the Golden Eagles first indoor meet of the season. The junior currently holds two top 10 spots on the indoor national qualifying list after Saturday's meet after taking first among collegiate competitors in the triple jump with the ninth best distance in the country of 11.17 meters. Powell then earned the six best long jump distance in the nation of 5.43 meters to take second among collegiate competitors at the meet.
