RESULTS

Becky Fabbiano (Lockport, NY/Lockport) and Zach Ferrara (Rochester, NY/Irondequoit)  each won the pole vault events to lead The College at Brockport Women's and Men's Outdoor Track and Field teams at the University of Rochester Alumni meet Saturday in Rochester.

Both winning vaults were Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship qualifying marks for the Golden Eagles as Fabbiano cleared 3.40 meters and Ferrara topped 4.65 meters for the victories.

Other winners for Brockport included Rachel Malone (Fairport, NY/Fairport) with a win in the 10,000-meters race, Zack Hine (Elmira, NY/Elmira Southside) won the 100-meter dash and Kelly Burke (Massapequa Park, NY/Massapequa) and Kevin Wartinger (Cheektowaga, NY/Maryvale) each won the 400-meter hurdles events for the women and men respectively.

In the throwing events, Dustin Colgan (Rome, NY/Rome Free Academy) won the hammer throw, freshman Courtney White (Massena, NY/Massena) won the discus, Nicole Jones took first in the hammer for the women and Maggie Needham (Cheektowaga, NY/Depew) won the shot put for Brockport. All the throwing winners eclipsed the ECAC Championship qualifying standards for their events.
