Potsdam, NY – The College at Brockport women's soccer team was on the road Friday, as it faced off against Potsdam.
Kiley Longin found the back of the net twice in the match, helping the team secure a 2-1 victory.
The Golden Eagles jump to 6-4-1 overall and 2-1 in SUNYAC play after today's win.
Brockport took an early advantage with a goal in the 8
th minute of the game. Longin scored the goal unassisted. Before halftime the Green and Gold would add to the lead. In the 28

Potsdam would get on the board in the 38
th minute, making the score 2-1 with Brockport still leading. With no other score prior to halftime or in the second half, the Golden Eagles would walk away with the 2-1 victory over the Bears.
Longin now leads the team with six goals on the season and 16 total points. Goalkeeper
Kayla Usborne finished with six saves in the win, as Brockport gets its second in a row.
The Golden Eagles are on the road again Saturday for a SUNYAC matchup against Plattsburgh. The game is set to begin at 1 pm.
