RIT Recap: Brockport had a standout performance at RIT on Tuesday night, picking up their first win (65-64) against the Tigers since the 2006-2007 season. Kylee Rosbrook and Erin Radack led the Golden Eagles to victory, each putting up double digit points on the night. Rosbrook sank a career high 25 points while grabbing five rebounds, three blocks and three steals. Radack added in on the scoring frenzy, putting up 17 points and five assists in her first collegiate outing. The strong efforts by Rosbrook and Radack allowed senior Bailey Pratt to seal the deal for the Golden Eagles in the final moments with a beautiful shot from the perimeter to put them up one.

What To Expect: The last time the Golden Eagles and Alfred University met was in the 2017-2018 season in the opening game of the Tip-Off Tournament. The Green and Gold started their season on a high note, passing the Saxons 83-64 while putting up the most points the team has scored since February of the 2015-16 season. The Golden Eagles were successful from all angles on the floor, shooting 47.7% inside the circle and 35% from three. Pratt and Julianna Taylor were essential in Brockport's dominant offense, each putting up 17 points while collectively accounting for five assists.

Saxons Breakdown: The Saxons had a tough start to their season, picking up a 70-63 loss to SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday afternoon. Junior guard Gillian Flint currently leads the Saxons offense, putting up 20 points in her first game of the year. Senior Jamie Wilcox has been as asset to the Saxons as well, putting up 13 points in her first outing while shooting .500 from the free throw line.

In the 2018-2019 season, the Saxons averaged 59.1 points per game (p/g), 36.9 rebounds p/g, 11 assists p/g, 10.2 steals p/g, and 16.1 turnovers p/g.

Up Next: After this weekend, the Golden Eagles welcome neighboring University of Rochester to Brockport on Tuesday night for a 7:30 p.m. matchup.
