Box Score BUFFALO, N.Y. – SUNY Brockport women's basketball team picked up a tough three-point loss to Buffalo State Tuesday afternoon. The Golden Eagles fall to 6-10 on the season and 3-6 in conference play.

Highlights:
- The Bengals got off to a hot start, leading the Golden Eagles 23-14 after the first quarter.
- With 1:24 left on the clock, the Golden Eagles trailed the Bengals by two but were forced to use fouls in order to regain possession for the ball. Down five with :15 seconds left, freshman Anna Felice gave the Green and Gold a fighting chance, sinking a fast break free throw from an assist by Erin Radack.
- The two teams swapped leads at the end of each quarter however the Bengals ultimately came out victorious in the final moments.
- The Golden Eagles strongest efforts came in the second half where they combined for 39 points – 18 in the third and 21 in the fourth.
- Felice had a breakout afternoon on both sides of the ball against the Bengals, posting 14 points, three assists and five rebounds. She shot an impressive 4-9 from the floor, 4-8 from three and 2-2 from the line.
- Kylee Rosbrook and Serena Sordetto also had a strong day offensively; Rosbrook sinking 13 points and pulling down seven rebounds and Sordetto posting 10 points and six rebounds while shooting five of nine from the floor.
- The Golden Eagles then had four athletes put up six points apiece including Chelsea Henry, Julianna Taylor, Bailey Pratt and Allison Chiera. Chiera and Henry also combined for 11 rebounds.
- Once again, the Green and Gold's depth off the bench came in handy as the team recorded 29 total bench points on the afternoon.
- The Golden Eagles took advantage of any extra opportunities they could find offensively, executing 10 points off turnovers and 16 second chance points.
- The Green and Gold capped off the afternoon shooting 36.7%, 27.6% from the perimeter and 82.4% from the free throw line.
Looking Ahead: The Golden Eagles are set to welcome Potsdam and Plattsburgh to the Jim and John Vlogianitis Gymnasium for a conference double header this Friday and Saturday.
